DAMAGED AND RETURNED PRODUCTS
Damaged products
At what time defects or damages are found on the products, the user must keep the product and its original packaging and write promptly, and in any case no later than 7 days from purchase to info@sgprojects.it, indicating the model and codes of the product, attaching photographic documentation and a description of the damage found.
The User must then send the product at his own expense to https://shop.sgprojects.it/, which will analyze the damage and possibly replace the product, if actually damaged, under warranty.
Given the consumable nature of some products (chemicals, membranes, cartridges, etc.), once opened and / or removed from their protection, they cannot be returned.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on sgsproject.sparkinweb.it are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 Legislative Decree 21/2014 - in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, which guarantee the right of withdrawal.
In the event of the purchase of products or services, the User (only natural persons, excluding retailers) has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons, within 7 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the User - acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform https://shop.sgprojects.it/ of the decision to withdraw through an explicit declaration sent to info@sgprojects.it indicating: order number and date, products for which it is intended to exercise the right of withdrawal, bank details for the refund.
Given the consumable nature of the products treated, the products to be returned must be intact, in their original and unused packaging: for products that are damaged, altered or used, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized according to the specific requests of the User (non-standard pieces for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly , for products not delivered due to the absence of the User from the place of delivery and for those that at the time of their withdrawal are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the User himself.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer who benefits from the right of withdrawal.
The User must send back the goods and deliver them within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal from this contract, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.
In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions on distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
