SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Shipment
Price for shipment and delivery are not considered in the price of the product.
Shipping generally takes place 2 working days after receipt of payment. Standard shipping requires the use of containers of suitable size and an adequate degree of protection.
There is no insurance on the goods shipped and the package is shipped at the buyer's risk.
The shipping services used are standard national and international couriers on wheels.
Special or extra-rapid shipments can be arranged on request.
The management costs of the product are fixed and the shipping and delivery cost will be agredd at the time of the order, but depending on the type of shipment chosen, the dimensions, the weight and the final destination, the shipping costs may vary.
In both cases the tracking will be communicated to follow the shipment status online.
It is recommended to group all products in a single order. It will not be possible to group different orders under a single shipment, but shipping costs will apply for each order.
Deliveries
Deliveries in Italy usually take place within 48/72 hours (working) from the order, on all products available for immediate delivery in stock.
Longer times can be used if the delivery takes place in remote islands or locations.
In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, there may be delays in delivery.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
In case of failure to collect within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to https://sgprojectsstore.it/, which will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost.
https://sgprojectsstore.it/ cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may have occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product must be immediately contested by the User, by placing a written control reserve and specifying the reason for the reservation on the courier's delivery document.
Once this document has been signed, the User will no longer be able to make any claims regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered.
Extraordinary deliveries
In case of extreme need and urgency, SG Projects ensures, only in the provinces of Milan, Monza and Brianza, Pavia, Varese, Lecco, Como, a delivery through its own agents in 12/24 hours from the order.
